Sessions are tailored to each individual’s requirements
The sessions can be Face to Face (working within the Government Covid-19 restrictions). A face mask must be worn to your appointment with me and there will be hand sanitiser available for you to use in the doorway.
Once we are both seated within my consulting room, we will be 3 metres apart so we can remove our face mask for the duration of the consultation.
Skype and telephone sessions are also available when face to face consultations are not possible.
Session One
A one-hour consultation including counselling & hypnosis @ £60
Session Two
Allows you to let go of negative baggage giving you an opportunity to accept new beliefs with a positive perception for your future @ £60
Session Three (if needed)
Further deep imprinting of desired changes to an unhealthy behaviours or negative feelings @ £60
Top-up Sessions
40 minutes duration @ £40
A Virtual Gastric Band
Includes three sessions of hypnotherapy @ £185
Smoking Cessation
Includes four sessions of hypnotherapy @ £400
Payments can be made in cash on the day or paid before your appointed time via BACS.
